  • Respectable and Professional equipment and sound. Prices to own this equipment starts $5000

  • Lighting, Microphones, Up-Lighting, and other professional equipment needed for your wedding -  $1000-$5000, depending on what they offer

  • A legal music library –It’s about $1.29 on iTunes. Music inventory should be at least 15,000 songs.  Many DJs subscribe to DJ record pools that cost $500-$1500 a year. 

  • Transportation (and storage) of all that gear isn’t easy - Does Your DJ have a reliable vehicle?

  • Liability Insurance - Your venue may be asking you to have your DJ provide this - We should all have it because this protects us!
